Teresa Rench Customer Experience Lead at Wells Fargo techsavvydesign I am a Customer Experience Architect with 15 years of experience in strategy, visual design, interaction design, information architecture, usability, and front-end development. I create UX deliverables such as information architecture diagrams, task flows, scenarios, application maps, interactive prototypes, wireframes, and usability test plans. Due to my wide range of skills as a generalist, I am a strong “utility player”, enabling me to act as a hands-on lead for cross-functional teams and fill multiple roles as needed to best suit the team and project. I have spent the majority of my career specializing in web-based applications and consulting with companies both large and small across a broad range of industries. More recently, I have delved into cross-channel customer experience and service design.
