Sara Pieters Innovation Advisor @sara_redzezel In 2002 I graduated from the University of Leuven with a master degree in applied economics and an international business economics specialisation. I also hold a post-masters in applied economics from the University of Leuven. Early 2006 I decided to give my career a different twist. Following a brief stay at the sales and marketing agency Luon, I joined Flanders District of Creativity. As a Manager International Relations I had the chance to learn a lot in the field of creativity & innovation, work on nice projects, travel and discover new cultures, new approaches and new insights, and meet and work with great people. But after 5 years it was also “my task” to stay true to Flanders DC’s values: Innovation & Creativity. That’s why in 2011 I decided to start my own business and bring into practices the things I learned at Flanders DC: making organisations more creative and discovering the innovation path with them, with a strong focus on people and experiences.
