Kaveh Bazargan Assistant Professor in HCI, Senior User Researcher Dr. Kaveh Bazargan is an Assistant Professor in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) at the Department of Management of Information Technology, Faculty of Management, National University of Iran (SBU). He holds a Ph.D. in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), a Master of Advanced Studies (DEA) in Information Systems from the University of Geneva and a Master's degree in Applied Mathematics from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (EPFL). He has been working, as a user researcher and usability analyst, in the area of User-Centered Design (UCD) for over 7 years with multidisciplinary teams in Switzerland, France and Iran. He believes information systems development should meet both organizational and individual needs, thus all relevant human factors should be incorporated into the design process and system development life cycle as early as possible. His research focuses on improving the User Experience (UX) and usability of information systems towards enhanced ! strategic ICT leadership and governance for autonomous and responsible lifelong learning and sustainable development in a networked and complex world.
