DESIGN FOR EVERYDAY LIFE User experience challenges across products, systems and contexts

Design Thinking and Information Architecture are essential tools for designing experiences that address user needs and improve everyday life. These tools can have an impact on different levels, shaping information and interaction between a user and an object, the space in which objects and users exist, or the overarching system that the defines the relationships between objects, users and spaces. During the World Information Architecture Day the frog studio in Milan will host H-ART and Carlo Ratti Associati to share approaches, methods and projects in an open conversation about design and user experience, occurring in parallel with events in 23 other cities all over the world.
